Hosting Guru?

Anyone out there know of a consultant who can advise us on hosting? I need someone who really understands the various components of hosting websites and has a good grasp of the market prices and offerings in the market surrounding bandwidth and storage issues. The person I'm looking for would be technically inclined and ideally have either worked for a hosting company or has direct experience with a hosting company.
